Once the medicine is applied, it usually takes around 5 minutes to feel the effects. Kambo is a purgative medicine, meaning it induces vomiting and sometimes defecation (don't worry you will make the toilet). The purging process can also come in the form of sweating or cathartic release. This is to aid in the release of unwanted toxins and unprocessed energies stored deep within the body.
Typically, after 20-30 minutes the medicine is wiped off as the effects start to fade and you are able to lie down to rest. people usually take around 20-40 minutes rest and can take as long as they need.
